Welcome to Wholesome Health! My name is Elizabeth Ednie, and I am here to guide you throughout your health and fitness journey, and promote a healthy social media balance! I am a senior in college and have a passion for health and fitness, and have been working on loving and appreciating my body for years. Social media has definitely had an impact on me and my journey, but I'm here to help you overcome that. I'm also going to be sharing the negative impact social media has on young women, especially those who are trying to make a positive change to their mental and physical health.
My goal is to motivate and encourage anyone who comes across my site, to continue showing up for yourself, or to get started with health and fitness. Over the past four years or so, I have learned so much about the health and fitness world, and I wish there was a website like this when I first started. I will be sharing my personal experiences with some factual information weaved in, in order to help push you to become the best version of yourself.
